You've created a real lovely image, with many feelings conveyed and many movements performed The colouring is really inspiring, and the anatomy is admirable. I love the way you have composed it. The image seems even in an unbalanced way -the darkness on the right, and lightness on the right. The shading is also very exquisite.
I do have to ask one question though. Why this certain title? It seems a bit "strong" and remorseful compared to what the image makes a viewer feel. I would like to think that the powerful feeling in the drawing is sincerity, maybe sorrows are felt but heart-lifting butterflies cling to her like breeze swaying her from these thoughts. And another reason why I'm abit confused on the title is that the title isn't original - the name comes from a infamous novel and later became a movie.. and that story is ..well a horror/thriller story. Anyway. It's a brilliant piece. Disregard if I sound like I'm coming off mean? I didn't intend that about the title. I just was curious on the choice of name.
Oh gosh thank you so much, I'm glad you like it. I got the title from a song called Bodysnatchers by Radiohead, I just liked the idea of butterflies landing on her and drinking from her body, I liked the way that slow process contrasted the the violence of the title
